Hi, I'm Natasha.

You've probably landed here because you've got a niggle of some sort. Perhaps you're fed up with feeling constantly tired or you've had enough of that bloating. Maybe you just feel lost or confused about what you should or shouldn't be eating.

 

I can work with you to help you achieve personal clarity and long-term health without making you feel totally overwhelmed! My practice is a holistic one and is tailored to each individual. This is your personal journey on which I will be your friend & guide. 

About Me 

I really empathise. Over the years I battled with bulimia, crippling PMS and endometriosis, bloating, depression, low energy, even lower self-esteem and a whole array of other issues. 
 
One day I decided I wanted to feel more in control of my own health and body and I took action! I started on a life changing journey of self discovery and learning about nutrition.  I am passionate about guiding others and sharing my learning because I know from my own experience that what I teach really does work. 
 
By taking small, achievable steps to gradually change your diet and lifestyle, you will create new habits with successful long-term results.  You really can take back control of your health and feel far happier, healthier, energised and more empowered. We are all unique with different stories and different needs so this is not a one size fits all programme!
 
I am an accredited Nutritional Therapist from the Nutritional Healing Foundation, holding an Advanced Practitioner Diploma.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a science based, individual centered approach to healthcare.  It focuses mainly on nutrition but also looks at lifestyle and related health sciences to promote optimal physiological, emotional, cognitive and physical function in each individual. In other words…

 

Nutrition is not just about what we eat, it is also about how we eat it and why we eat it.  It is about understanding why we got sick in the first place, why we feel emotions like stress or anger and how we can learn to nourish body, mind and soul with good nutrition.

 

You can be your own pharmacy and using a combination of nutrition and naturopathy, you can achieve your specific health goals.  If we give our bodies the right materials to work with, we can make our own substances to heal our bodies and minds.
