Sessions 

The first couple of sessions are all about getting to know you.  This is the most important session because it we look at where you are now with your health and wellbeing and how you got to this present moment. In 1-1 sessions, a safe, private space is created and where healing can begin to unfold. This can take place in person or online.

 

From our first two sessions together you will benefit from:

  • A full health, lifestyle and dietary assessment

  • A detailed interpretation of my understanding of your health concerns and your holistic picture

  • A comprehensive, personalised plan emailed to you which will
    give you the roadmap for moving successfully forward
    with clarity and confidence and for which we can then build on together

​

You will benefit from at least one follow up session.  As we are complex beings and our lives are constantly shifting, most people prefer to work with me for much longer periods to gain ultimate clarity and confidence in how to manage their issues and work towards their goals.  Follow up appointments are scheduled anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on your needs.
